Overview
éirconnect is hiring a full-time, office-based Operations & Finance Executive for its Dublin team. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organised, commercially aware, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-growing business. The successful candidate will work directly with the Managing Director and contribute across finance, operations, billing, supplier coordination, and general administration.
This is an important role within the company, supporting the day-to-day running of the business while helping the organisation scale further across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer billing and issue invoices accurately and on time.
- Process supplier invoices and keep records well organised and up to date.
- Track accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and account reconciliations.
- Support payroll administration and other routine finance-related tasks.
- Oversee operational workflows and internal administrative activities.
- Coordinate customer onboarding and service fulfilment.
- Maintain CRM data and customer documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers and partners to support efficient service delivery.
- Help the wider team with everyday operational needs.
- Look for ways to improve processes and increase efficiency across the business.
- Support reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking activities.

Experience Profile
Useful background areas include operations, finance administration, accounts administration, office management, business support, customer operations, or work within telecoms, technology, or professional services.
Prior exposure to finance, invoicing, bookkeeping, operations, or administration would be helpful, though it is not mandatory. Experience with Zoho One would be a strong advantage.
