Job description
Role Overview
We are hiring an Operator/Technician to support a manufacturing environment in Singapore. This position is open to freshers as well as candidates with prior manufacturing exposure who are ready to work in a team-based production setup.
Work Pattern
The schedule includes rotating shifts made up of 12-hour shifts for 2 days each week and 8-hour shifts for 3 days each week.
Requirements
- Applicants should have O Level, SPM, or an equivalent qualification.
- Freshers may apply, and candidates with up to 3 years of manufacturing experience are also eligible.
- Reading, writing, and understanding basic English is necessary.
- Applicants should know basic computer operations, with MS Office and MS Excel being preferred.
- Good basic math and calculation ability is required.
- Candidates should be open to learning production and assembly workflows.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills are important.
- Good manual coordination and comfort with hands-on tasks are expected.
- The role requires the ability to work with limited supervision.
