Role Description
The Onboarding Specialist is tasked with the comprehensive training and integration of new Dealers, Shufflers, and TV Presenters. This role ensures all new hires adhere to company standards regarding procedures, customer interaction, and professional presentation. Key activities include facilitating workshops, delivering constructive feedback, and collaborating with leadership to foster employee growth and enhance performance.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Actively contribute to the strategic development and advancement of the company.
- Manage and execute operational tasks efficiently.
- Conduct organized training workshops for Dealers, Shufflers, and TV Presenters.
- Provide thorough training on all gambling-related procedures and specific requirements.
- Develop and reinforce customer service excellence among staff.
- Delegate tasks to new team members and ensure the delivery of superior customer service by all personnel.
- Educate employees on maintaining the company's standards for professional appearance, including grooming and presentation.
- Deliver performance feedback to both employees and management.
- Liaise with Shift Managers, Team Managers, and other departments to identify and address individual employee development needs.
Requirements
- Possession of a High-School Diploma; a University Degree is considered an advantage.
- A minimum of twelve months of prior work experience as a Gameshow Host, specifically at Pragmatic Play.
- Achieved evaluations exceeding 97% in the past six months.
- No prior disciplinary actions or commissions.
- Demonstrated outstanding attendance record.
- Exhibited calm communication abilities and strong self-control.
- Maintained focused and distributed attention to detail.
- Proven capacity to interact effectively with a diverse range of personalities, characters, and cultural backgrounds.
