Job description

About the company

Gazer develops automotive security products such as immobilisers, dash cameras, and related electronic systems, which are sold in several markets through dealers, installers, and fleet partners. The team is expanding its visual content operations in Abu Dhabi and is hiring a Videomaker to take charge of that workflow.

Role overview

This position is focused on producing consistent vehicle videos using a fixed production template. Each car follows the same setup, shot sequence, basic edit, upload process, and quality standard. The priority is repeatability, speed, and technical precision rather than creative experimentation.

The ideal candidate enjoys structured work, can deliver uniform results across many vehicles, and is comfortable working in a process-driven environment where the output for one car should match the next in framing, lighting, and overall finish.

Key duties

Daily work includes preparing the studio bay for each vehicle, carrying out the standardized filming sequence, applying basic colour adjustments, uploading files to the cataloguing system, and keeping equipment in working order. Output targets are set with the team and must be maintained consistently.

Requirements

Candidates should have 1–2+ years of video shooting experience, preferably in an automotive or studio setting. A strong command of manual camera controls and studio lighting is important, along with experience working from a brief or template. The role also requires basic post-production ability using tools such as Lightroom or Photoshop for still images and CapCut, Premiere, or similar software for video.

Applicants should be dependable, organized, and comfortable repeating the same workflow at pace while maintaining quality. Sufficient English communication skills are needed for day-to-day coordination with the team.

Preferred background

Experience in dealerships, car rental, leasing, auctions, or auto marketplaces is an advantage. Exposure to turntable-based or semi-automated studio setups is also helpful. A portfolio showing repeated automotive production work is preferable to one-off creative shoots.

Work arrangement and selection

This is an on-site role in Abu Dhabi with a five-day workweek and day-shift schedule. The company is offering a competitive salary. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a one-vehicle trial shoot using the company’s template before an offer is extended.
