About the Role

The HEINEKEN Company is seeking a dedicated Officer Production to join their team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This full-time, onsite position focuses on optimizing production processes, ensuring machinery efficiency, and maintaining high product quality within the bottling hall. The role involves managing production planning, executing work orders, and coordinating with various departments to meet operational targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Tune up machinery in the Bottling Hall to achieve budgeted production levels.
• Attain maximum bottling line efficiency and rated levels for equipment.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor production planning activities.
• Ensure production activities are carried out according to the plan and desired product qualities.
• Follow up on the execution of work orders with various departments.
• Maintain safety and industrial hygiene in maintenance and production activities.
• Minimize breakdown periods to specified standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance of machinery as per schedule.
• Maintain a minimum stock of critical spares for machinery.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is conducted according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Control repair and maintenance costs within the budgeted amount.
• Manage packing material wastage to not exceed the budgeted quantity.
• Coordinate with raw material supply and dispatch logistics.
