About the role

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for applicants and guide them through every stage of the admissions process.
  • Handle candidate data collection and verification, including admission test results, language credentials, legal paperwork, and other required documents.
  • Work closely with the Degree Programmes Admissions team to deliver a smooth and positive applicant experience.
  • Coordinate and support campus visits for prospective candidates and admitted students.
  • Support retention and diversity initiatives, including efforts to increase female participation and assist with onboarding-related events and activities.

Candidate profile

  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or operational role within an international setting.
  • Strong customer service mindset and a genuine service orientation.
  • Very good English communication skills, both spoken and written, including listening.
  • Comfort working in a team and collaborating across cultures.
  • Well-developed organisational ability, multitasking skills, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Resourceful problem-solver who can take initiative and work across teams.
  • Careful, detail-focused approach to work.
  • Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
