Job description
About the role
This is a practical, on-site position supporting a busy livestreaming and live-commerce studio. The right person will help keep the office and studio running smoothly each day so hosts and production staff can stay focused on going live. The role suits someone organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable moving between admin work, light physical tasks, and ensuring sets are always ready for camera use.
You should enjoy variety, take initiative without needing close supervision, and be willing to work flexible hours, including afternoons and evenings, since live sessions often continue late.
Working hours
The schedule is flexible, but availability is required in the afternoons and later into the evening. Reliable evening coverage is especially important because live sessions often run late.
Office, supplies and purchasing
- Keep the office and studio consistently stocked with food, drinks, cleaning items, and other everyday consumables.
- Track inventory, order replacements, accept incoming deliveries, and keep straightforward records of spending and purchases.
- Coordinate with suppliers, review options, and help manage costs effectively.
Studio and operational support
- Prepare livestream sets before sessions, reset them afterward, and dismantle them when needed.
- Ensure studios, sets, and shared areas remain clean, orderly, and ready for the camera at all times.
- Replenish products, props, and other supplies between live sessions.
- Assist with practical day-to-day tasks that help livestreams run without disruption.
Facilities and office management
- Contribute to maintaining a tidy, safe, and well-organized workplace.
- Assemble furniture, help rearrange office and studio layouts, and coordinate repairs or maintenance when necessary.
- Take ownership of general office operations and resolve routine issues before they become problems.
What we're looking for
We need someone who is highly organized, reliable, and naturally takes ownership. The ideal candidate is comfortable with practical, hands-on work such as moving items, lifting equipment, assembling furniture, and setting up studio areas. You should be proactive, able to spot what needs doing in advance, and comfortable balancing several smaller tasks at once while keeping everything neat and on track.
Good communication, trustworthiness, and flexibility with working hours are also important for success in this role.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in facilities work, office administration, hospitality, events, or studio/production support.
- Basic familiarity with everyday tools such as ordering systems, spreadsheets, and messaging apps.
- A valid driving licence, which would be useful for pickups and supply runs.
What we offer
- An opportunity to join a leading TikTok Shop partner in Germany.
- A fast-moving, international team culture where ideas are put into action quickly.
- A flat structure with direct collaboration and the freedom to take ownership of your work.
- A modern headquarters in central Cologne.
- A subsidized Deutschlandticket for easier commuting and access to Urban Sports Club.
- Regular team events and an open, appreciative atmosphere.
- A real fruit basket and a friendly office environment.
