Role Overview

Zenith Home Appliances seeks a meticulous and well-organized Office Coordinator to enhance our office functions. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and foundational accounting skills, including expertise with Tally ERP or Tally Prime software.

Responsibilities and Skills

  • Utilize Microsoft Excel effectively for data entry, formula application, and report preparation.
  • Manage accounting and bookkeeping responsibilities using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
  • Coordinate office activities with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of office procedures.
  • Communicate efficiently with team members and internal stakeholders.
  • Apply a basic understanding of administrative and accounting principles to daily tasks.
  • Adapt and perform well in a dynamic and fast-moving office environment.

Qualifications and Experience

A graduate degree in any field is preferred. Prior experience in office administration or accounting will be considered advantageous.
