Job description
Role Overview
This position combines office administration, HR coordination, and payroll support for a busy and expanding organization. It is designed for someone who can keep daily operations organized, support employees and leaders, and help maintain accuracy across payroll and people processes.
Payroll and HR Support
- Run bi-weekly payroll through CoAdvantage with a focus on accuracy and on-time completion.
- Track and update employee information such as PTO, vacation time, sick leave, reimbursements, and personnel records.
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and compliance files, including I-9 documentation, E-Verify, and background screening.
- Support recruiting activities by posting jobs, coordinating interview schedules, and helping with employee review processes.
- Act as a primary contact for staff questions about payroll, benefits, and workplace policies.
- Keep HR systems and employee databases current and contribute to handbook updates when needed.
Office Administration
- Manage routine office operations such as supplies, filing, travel planning, and special assignments.
- Provide administrative and executive assistance to leadership as required.
- Help organize employee engagement efforts including birthdays, anniversaries, team events, and office lunches.
