Role overview
For the Langenselbold location in Hesse, Germany, we are looking for a well-organized and dependable person to support day-to-day administrative and accounting activities. This is a varied part-time position that combines office management duties with support tasks in bookkeeping and finance. You will work closely with the site leadership and help ensure smooth daily operations.
The role is suitable both for experienced professionals and for motivated junior candidates who have completed training in accounting or administration.
Office management and administration
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the site manager.
- Prepare, maintain, and format documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organize appointments, meetings, and key deadlines.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication by phone, email, and mail.
- Maintain internal documentation and relevant information systems.
Accounting and finance support
- Assist with accounting and financial tasks.
- Help prepare budget overviews and analyses.
- Support cash flow planning and forecasting activities.
- Create administrative and financial summaries.
- Contribute to internal control and compliance processes.
Operational support
- Assist with planning and coordinating operational processes.
- Support administrative HR-related tasks.
- Maintain master data and internal systems.
- Provide general organizational support for the site.
Profile and qualifications
The ideal candidate has completed training, further education, or certification in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or administration. First professional experience in bookkeeping, financial administration, or office management is an advantage, but committed junior profiles are also encouraged to apply.
Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel, are required. Experience with ERP systems such as SAGE, INFOR, or similar tools is beneficial. The role calls for a structured, careful working style, solid organizational ability, and initiative.
Excellent German and English skills in both spoken and written form are mandatory. Additional language skills are welcome.
