Job description

Role overview

OMP develops smart software and services that help some of the world’s largest businesses improve supply chain performance. This position is for a commercially minded pricing specialist who can bridge strategy, customer value, deal structuring, and day-to-day execution.

The role suits someone who understands pricing, contracts, deal desk processes, and negotiation, and who enjoys working on practical commercial solutions for complex international customers across multiple industries.

What you will do

As the Offering and Pricing Lead, you will own the commercial offering and pricing approach for OMP’s SaaS supply chain planning products as well as its consulting services. You will help design the offer structure, define pricing approaches that work across the different industries served by OMP, and ensure those models are applied correctly in commercial deals.

You will contribute both strategically and operationally, supporting the commercial organization with competitive proposals, high-quality offers, and improved pricing processes across the business.

You will work closely with Commercial, Legal, Business Administration, and Account Management teams on complex B2B transactions worldwide. A key part of the role is making sure OMP’s pricing policies are used consistently, contracts are aligned commercially, and standards are maintained throughout the full customer journey, from initial proposal to renewal.

Key responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain OMP’s commercial offer framework, covering SaaS, services, and future solutions, along with the related pricing guidance and supporting materials.
  • Design pricing approaches for new products, features, and services so they remain aligned with broader market positioning and commercial goals.
  • Develop and keep updated standardized proposal templates and commercial documents to enable efficient and consistent offer creation.
  • Prepare pricing and cost scenarios for opportunities of different sizes, sectors, and complexity levels to support sound commercial decisions.
  • Provide hands-on deal desk support during negotiations by giving timely pricing input and commercial advice to sales teams.
  • Evaluate complex offers to ensure they fit pricing rules, business strategy, and contractual requirements.
  • Protect deal quality and pricing discipline by monitoring compliance with commercial standards.
  • Follow pricing and costing KPIs, share findings with commercial leadership, support renewals with account teams, and work across functions to improve pricing, contracting, and billing workflows.

About the team

You will join the central Offering and Pricing team, whose purpose is to protect competitive pricing, strong offer quality, and market-relevant, cost-efficient products by collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

About you

The ideal candidate brings solid commercial experience in pricing, deal management, or a related role in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment. You should be comfortable working with pricing structures, contracts, and cross-functional stakeholders, and capable of combining analytical thinking with practical execution.

Essential qualifications

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in pricing, commercial operations, or deal management within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a similar discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models, contract structures, and commercial best practices.
  • Very good communication, negotiation, and business judgment skills.
  • Strong analytical ability and a structured, data-oriented approach to solving problems.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Hands-on attitude with the flexibility to collaborate across functions, locations, and seniority levels.
  • Preference for candidates based in Belgium, or willing to relocate there, because the role belongs to the Internal Services department and requires very frequent onsite presence at headquarters.
  • Excellent English communication skills.

What OMP offers

  • Access to tailored training, coaching, and on-the-job learning opportunities.
  • Flexible working practices, including home working, adaptable hours, and autonomy in planning your routine.
  • An attractive compensation package that may include an optional company car, a bike incentive scheme, extra vacation days, and other competitive benefits.
  • A collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing, cross-team cooperation, and shared success.
  • Opportunities to contribute to innovation through cross-team collaboration and challenge-driven initiatives.
  • Support for physical and mental well-being, including birthday events, sports activities, in-house coaching, and healthy meal options.
