Role Summary

The organization is looking for an Odoo implementer who can improve and support business workflows across accounting, operations, and human resources. This role calls for solid functional knowledge of Odoo ERP, along with the ability to troubleshoot issues, roll out solutions, and refine processes for end users.

Core Responsibilities

  • Set up, configure, customize, and support Odoo modules, with primary focus on accounting, operations, and HRMS.
  • Study business needs and convert them into practical Odoo-based functional solutions.
  • Offer daily user support and resolve issues raised within the Odoo environment.
  • Work closely with technical teams on custom development and integration requirements.
  • Carry out testing, train users, and prepare supporting documentation.
  • Help ensure successful ERP rollout and provide support after implementation.
  • Spot process gaps and suggest improvements to strengthen system performance.
  • Manage data migration, reporting tasks, and system upgrades.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Hands-on experience delivering Odoo ERP implementations.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Capability to manage multiple modules and varied cross-functional needs.
  • Clear communication and effective stakeholder handling.
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset.
  • Good understanding of business processes.
  • Client support orientation.
  • Attention to detail and solid documentation habits.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior exposure to complete, end-to-end Odoo implementation projects.
  • Working knowledge of Odoo versions v14, v15, v16, or later.
  • Basic familiarity with Python and XML will be an added advantage.
  • Odoo certification is considered a plus.

Additional Preferences

  • Experience in HRMS, service billing, finance and accounting, purchase, approval, sign, and maintenance applications is preferred.
