Role overview

Bayat Al-Manzel Real Estate Development is looking for an experienced reinforced carpenter to support construction activities on site in Al Khobar. The role involves carrying out reinforced carpentry work, installing wooden frameworks, assisting with concrete pouring, and making sure the finished work meets the required standards and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reinforced carpentry tasks in construction projects.
• Install and assemble timber structures and related formwork.
• Support concrete pouring activities as required.
• Maintain workmanship quality in line with project standards and technical requirements.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in reinforced carpentry.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and project plans.
• Good hands-on skill with tools and equipment used in the trade.
• Capable of working as part of a team and handling work pressure.
• Strong punctuality and attention to accuracy in execution.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
