Job description
Role Overview
A fast-growing neurological rehabilitation provider is seeking an experienced Neuro Physiotherapist to join its Sydney team, with work split across the Parramatta and Mascot clinics. Candidates should be comfortable moving between both locations as part of the role.
This is an opportunity to work in a progressive setting that blends evidence-based neurorehabilitation with advanced tools such as robotics and other technology-led treatment methods.
The position is full time and can commence immediately. Because the caseload is complex, applicants should bring at least 1 year of physiotherapy experience, preferably in neurological rehabilitation, general rehabilitation, disability, or other complex-condition settings.
About the Employer
The clinic is known for combining conventional neurological physiotherapy with modern rehabilitation systems, including neuro-controlled exoskeletons and robotic-assisted therapy. Its multidisciplinary team supports clients living with stroke, spinal cord injury, Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, FND, cerebral palsy, acquired brain injury, and other neurological disorders.
The organisation places a strong emphasis on neuroplasticity, functional progress, and improving independence and quality of life through highly tailored therapy plans.
Technology and Treatment Environment
- Neuro-controlled HAL (Hybrid Assistive Limb) exoskeleton technology
- Robotic rehabilitation platforms
- Body-weight-supported gait training systems
- Live movement tracking and biofeedback tools
- Strength and conditioning rehabilitation equipment
- Goal-oriented neurological rehabilitation programs
- Intensive therapy and neuroplasticity-led treatment approaches
What’s Offered
- Full-time salaried employment with an immediate start option
- Access to advanced rehabilitation technologies that are uncommon in Australia
- A collaborative and supportive multidisciplinary workplace
- Regular clinical mentoring and continued professional development
- A varied neurological caseload
- Modern clinic facilities across two Sydney sites
- The chance to contribute to a rapidly expanding and innovative healthcare organisation
Ideal Candidate Profile
This opportunity is best suited to a physiotherapist who is enthusiastic about neurological rehabilitation, technology-enabled therapy, and making a meaningful difference for clients with complex needs.
