Role Overview
This position is focused on bringing a premium coffee brand experience to life across New York City and major U.S. markets. It blends brand activations, business development, account support, and event delivery, with the goal of creating memorable customer experiences and strengthening business relationships.
The role calls for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working in the field, and motivated by a fast-moving environment. Success in this position depends on balancing strategic thinking with strong execution.
Brand Activations and Events
- Lead the planning and delivery of premium activations, pop-ups, product demos, and experiential programs.
- Represent the brand at trade events, conferences, and customer-facing occasions.
- Act as the on-site brand representative and maintain a polished, premium presence.
- Oversee event operations such as staffing, inventory, equipment, shipping, setup, and day-of execution.
- Coordinate tastings, educational sessions, and product displays that build awareness and engagement.
Territory Management and Business Development
- Build and maintain relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices, and other business partners across the assigned market.
- Identify new opportunities while deepening current partnerships.
- Support account expansion through relationship management, training, and ongoing client engagement.
- Work with distributors and sales partners to improve visibility and distribution.
- Monitor performance against goals and key metrics.
Account Management
- Serve as a dependable partner to customers by offering solutions aligned with their coffee program needs and business goals.
- Carry out account visits, trainings, and business reviews.
- Build relationships with stakeholders beyond the primary buyer, including operational and executive contacts when relevant.
- Strengthen retention and long-term growth through consistent follow-through and service.
Marketing and Brand Support
- Work with internal marketing and sales teams to bring national campaigns to life at the local level.
- Support launches and strategic initiatives through market activations.
- Share event recaps, insights, and recommendations to improve future programs.
- Ensure brand standards are consistently upheld in every customer-facing interaction.
Additional Information
This role requires approximately 30% to 40% domestic travel during the year. Regular attendance at conferences, customer events, and business meetings is expected. The schedule may occasionally include evenings and weekends depending on activation needs.

Requirements
The ideal candidate brings at least 4 years of experience in beverage, hospitality, foodservice, experiential marketing, account management, or business development. Strong organizational ability, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the confidence to manage multiple priorities at once are essential. Candidates should be comfortable working independently while partnering across teams, and should have experience handling budgets and event logistics. A valid driver’s license is required, along with the ability to travel throughout the market.
