Role overview
This is a high-impact National Accounts Manager position focused on shaping strategy, leading commercial discussions, and developing partnerships that support sustainable growth. You will collaborate with internal and external senior stakeholders, oversee national customer plans, manage wholesaler relationships, and help turn the company’s market ambitions into measurable results.
Key responsibilities
- Set the direction for national accounts and priority growth partnerships.
- Lead customer acquisition, retention, and contract renewal activities.
- Handle RFP processes, negotiations, and commercial agreement development.
- Create and maintain joint business plans with major customers and wholesale partners.
- Partner with Field Sales teams to ensure strong execution in the market.
- Support delivery of volume, revenue, and margin targets.
- Play an active role in the On-Premises Leadership team.
Candidate profile
- Solid commercial and sales capability.
- Experience bringing internal stakeholders together around shared goals.
- Background in National Account Management.
- Demonstrated success in negotiation and business development.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
- Strong analytical thinking and commercial decision-making.
- Experience in FMCG or the liquor sector is an advantage.
