Job description

Role overview

Snappt is hiring a National Account Director to take ownership of its most important partner relationships and help expand business across the company’s top multifamily accounts. In this role, you will manage and grow strategic partnerships with major fee management companies and ownership groups, while also creating, pursuing, and winning new enterprise opportunities in the same segment. This is a high-visibility position with major influence across the sales organization.

About Snappt

Snappt is focused on improving trust in multifamily housing. The company has quickly become a valued partner for thousands of property teams across the United States, supporting millions of application verifications and helping reduce fraud-related losses. Backed by strong investors and a long-term vision, Snappt is helping set a new standard for trust and verification in leasing.

The team is entrepreneurial, highly customer-focused, and built around accountability, curiosity, and ownership. The company’s values shape how the team works, collaborates, and serves customers.

Snappt is a growing team of more than 100 people. If you enjoy solving meaningful problems, working with ambitious teammates, and helping shape the future of rental housing, this role may be a strong fit.

What Snappt does

Snappt’s mission is to restore trust in the rental experience. As a fast-growing proptech company, it helps multifamily operators stop fraud before it happens and make confident leasing decisions. Its Applicant Trust Platform combines AI-driven technology with human expertise to support fair, transparent, and secure rental screening.

The company’s culture is guided by four values: being kind in every interaction, staying curious and willing to experiment, making space for play and creativity, and caring deeply about outcomes while holding high standards.

What you will own

  • Manage a portfolio of national accounts that includes Snappt’s largest and most complex customer relationships.
  • Increase revenue by spotting and pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing partnerships.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise deals with leading multifamily ownership and fee management companies.
  • Develop strong executive relationships across C-suite leaders, vice presidents, and portfolio decision-makers.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to support smooth onboarding, strong retention, and healthy long-term accounts.
  • Represent Snappt at key industry gatherings such as NAA Apartmentalize and NMHC.
  • Keep pipeline and revenue forecasts accurate and current in Salesforce.
  • Bring customer insights and market feedback back to Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams.

What the company is looking for

  • At least 5 years of experience in enterprise or national account sales, with a history of winning and growing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Strong understanding of the multifamily sector, including fee management structures, ownership hierarchies, and how large property management companies evaluate technology.
  • Demonstrated success selling to executive buyers and navigating large organizations.
  • Background managing a national or enterprise-level book of business.
  • Good commercial judgment and a clear ability to uncover expansion opportunities and create urgency.
  • Consistent CRM discipline, especially around Salesforce updates and forecasting accuracy.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive presence.
  • Experience in proptech or SaaS sales is strongly preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.

Work environment

This is a remote-first role with no central office. Team members are expected to work independently, deliver high-quality output, and take ownership from wherever they are based.
