Job Summary
Mantrac Ghana Limited is looking for a Multi-Brand Product Support Sales Representative to support the expansion of its non-CAT equipment business and help increase revenue through its Multi-Brand offering. In this position, you will help grow sales, deliver greater value to customers, and spot market opportunities by creating tailored technical solutions that position Mantrac as a dependable one-stop partner for project needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Review market trends regularly and produce intelligence updates to uncover growth opportunities in the multi-brand space.
- Develop, maintain, and expand a healthy sales pipeline so opportunities continue to move through the funnel.
- Identify prospects and turn them into long-term business relationships.
- Meet with prospective customers to understand both technical and commercial needs.
- Collect the information required to prepare practical, high-value solutions through the Multi-Brand support channels.
- Prepare and present technical proposals professionally and within the agreed turnaround time.
- Build a strong understanding of each customer’s operations and business priorities.
- Use those insights to recommend solutions that improve productivity and efficiency.
- Assess competitor offerings in the multi-brand market and shape solutions that stand out.
- Create persuasive business cases and customer-specific messaging for different segments.
- Clearly define customer pain points and show how Mantrac’s solutions best address them.
- Collaborate closely with CAT PSSRs, Service Administrators, Technicians, Engineers, Prime Product Sales Representatives, Counter Sales Representatives, and other key stakeholders.
- Represent and promote the Multi-Brand business effectively in both internal and external interactions.
- Set and execute personal growth plans for the assigned territory or customer group.
Qualifications and Experience
- A first degree or Higher National Diploma from a recognized institution is required; an engineering background will be an added advantage.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the mining and/or construction sector is required.
