About the Internship

This internship offers hands-on experience in editing and producing video content specifically for real estate marketing. The intern will be responsible for creating engaging videos and thumbnails for YouTube and social media, managing video uploads with optimized SEO elements, and scheduling consistent content publication. Additionally, the role involves analyzing YouTube metrics to enhance audience engagement, organizing digital assets, and collaborating with content and sales teams to ensure timely video releases. The intern will also handle basic lead management tasks and support various marketing and administrative duties as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit property videos tailored for platforms like YouTube and social media.
• Design captivating thumbnails, simple graphics, and short-form videos.
• Upload videos with SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, tags, chapters, and playlists on YouTube.
• Schedule publications to maintain regular publishing frequency.
• Track YouTube Analytics and recommend strategies to boost reach and interaction.
• Organize video footage, project files, and all related digital resources.
• Work closely with content and sales departments for aligned video deployment.
• Manage basic lead inquiries, update CRM or lead sheets, conduct follow-ups, and maintain records.
• Assist with other related marketing and administrative tasks as needed.

• Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
• Internship start date should be between July 23, 2026, and August 27, 2026.
• Applicants must commit to a 6-month internship duration.
• Residency in Kolkata is mandatory.
• Candidates should possess relevant skills and enthusiasm for the role.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in mass communication, media, marketing, design, business, or a related field.
• Basic proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Familiarity with graphic design applications like Canva or Photoshop is advantageous.
• Understanding of YouTube SEO principles, thumbnail creation, audience retention, and content optimization is preferred.
• Comfortable working with Google Workspace Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and organizational capabilities.
• Detail-oriented, creative mindset, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively and adhere to deadlines.
• Interest in digital marketing, content creation, and real estate industry is a plus.
• Previous experience managing YouTube channels or video editing is beneficial but not necessary.
