They have two daughters aged 4 and 2, and twins expected in October, so this is a lively home where an experienced professional can make a real difference.
The family values time together, outdoor activities, and creating enjoyable, meaningful moments for their children. They encourage curiosity, confidence, and adventurous play while maintaining calm, consistent boundaries. Their friendly Golden Retriever is also part of the household.
They are hoping to find someone who can become a trusted long-term part of the home and is committed to building a lasting relationship with the family.

The role is scheduled for Monday to Friday, from 6:00am to 12:00pm. The desired start is ASAP, and the family is looking for a long-term arrangement.
Pay
Compensation is between $37 and $50 per hour, plus superannuation, depending on experience and qualifications.
The Role

What the Family Is Looking For
They are seeking a warm, experienced, and proactive nanny who genuinely enjoys supporting young families. Confidence with newborns is essential, along with a calm and capable approach to children’s care.
The ideal person will appreciate imaginative, open-ended play and support children in learning and exploring through engaging experiences. Flexibility is important, as daily routines may change, and the role involves working as a team with Mum.
Strong organisation, clear communication, and a positive attitude are key to success in this position.
