Role Overview

This opportunity is geared toward candidates who prefer an early start, with shifts typically beginning between 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM in Norman, Oklahoma.

As a Team Member, you will help prepare food and beverages with care and efficiency, contributing to a positive guest experience and a smooth store operation.

You will support the day-to-day experience by making food and drinks accurately, working with your team, and helping guests return for the service and quality they expect.

Eligibility and Working Requirements

Applicants should be able to speak and read English fluently. You must be at least 16 years old, or older if required by law. The job also requires the ability to use restaurant equipment, observe safe food handling and sanitation practices, and handle physical tasks associated with the role.

Successful candidates should be comfortable standing for long periods, bending, lifting, and reaching overhead. The position calls for strong time management, attention to detail, and a guest-focused attitude.
