Role Overview

We are hiring a motivated sales professional who understands smartphones well and enjoys helping customers. The right candidate will be approachable, confident, and able to identify customer needs and suggest the most suitable products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors in a courteous, professional, and welcoming manner.
  • Assess customer requirements and suggest appropriate smartphones and accessories.
  • Present product features, technical details, and differences between models in a clear way.
  • Demonstrate devices and support customers in making informed purchase decisions.
  • Work toward daily and monthly sales goals.
  • Promote additional items such as chargers, earphones, smartwatches, and screen protectors.
  • Explain EMI, financing, exchange schemes, and promotional offers to shoppers.
  • Develop lasting customer relationships through strong service and follow-up.
  • Address questions and complaints calmly, politely, and professionally.
  • Keep product displays neat and maintain the overall cleanliness and presentation of the showroom.
  • Monitor stock levels and share inventory needs with management.
  • Support billing, invoicing, and post-sale assistance whenever needed.
  • Stay informed about new smartphone launches, technology updates, and current market pricing.

Skills and Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Warm, polite, and customer-oriented approach.
  • Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Sound knowledge of Android phones, iPhones, and mobile accessories.
  • Ability to compare different brands and guide customers toward the best fit.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with billing software.
  • Comfort working in a busy retail environment.
  • Honest, dependable, punctual, and willing to work hard.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in mobile retail sales preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and smartphone knowledge can also be considered.
  • Minimum educational qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary).
  • Graduation will be an added advantage.
