What the role involves
The position is designed for a strong sales professional who can independently develop a mortgage pipeline and build durable client relationships. You will generate business from key referral sources such as realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centres of influence. TD provides targeted sales training, credit knowledge support, and management coaching to help you succeed within the role.
Training, tools, and support
You will receive onboarding and training to help you settle into the position. The company also provides essential home-office tools, including a laptop, email and network access, plus a monthly phone allowance. In addition, your Senior District Sales Manager will support you through joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions.
