Role Overview
Ottimo Property Services is hiring a Mobile Cleaning Operative to support multiple residential developments in the Chesterfield area. The role focuses on maintaining shared spaces to a high standard across communal areas.
Working Hours
This is a Monday to Friday position, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00.
Pay
The annual salary for this role is £26,437.

Key Duties
- Collect and remove waste from the designated areas on a routine basis.
- Change any light bulbs that are no longer working.
- Escalate maintenance concerns to the head office team.
- Carry out cleaning tasks such as mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Keep communal spaces including entrances, staircases, and landings clean and presentable.
Skills and Experience
- A full and valid UK driving licence is required.
- Good planning and organisation skills are important for the role.
- The ability to work on your own as well as collaboratively with others is needed.

- Clear spoken and written communication skills are expected.
