The company has continued to grow and now employs more than 4,000 people. It places strong emphasis on learning and ongoing development, with a focus on building long-term careers.
The Opportunity
Based in Adelaide, this role is part of a varied team where your work will directly contribute to improving someone’s day-to-day life. You will be trained to look after a portfolio of injured workers and provide the guidance and support they need throughout their return-to-work process.

This is a permanent, full-time role located in the Adelaide office, with the option to work from home after full training has been completed.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and progress return-to-work plans, working with relevant stakeholders to achieve positive return-to-work outcomes.
- Partner with claims specialists, liability specialists, and other technical or support teams to manage a portfolio of claims.
- Carry out purposeful visits to workplaces or medical clinics early in the claim process to provide face-to-face support to workers and employers.
- Share clear, accurate, and easy-to-follow information to guide and educate employers on the health benefits and broader impact of returning to work.
About You
- You are enthusiastic, committed, and able to deliver high-quality service in face-to-face interactions.
- You can establish trust and work effectively with a broad mix of customers and stakeholders from different backgrounds.
- You bring strong customer service ability, including confidence in influencing and negotiating outcomes.
- You have solid computer skills and experience with records management.
- You hold a current driver’s licence and have access to a vehicle with a 5-star ANCAP safety rating.
