Position overview

For the Dresden site, the role focuses on assembling small mechanical and electronic subassemblies using hand tools. The position is full-time, permanent, and intended for candidates with prior professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small-scale mechanical and electronic modules using hand tools in line with parts lists, drawings, and work instructions.
• Build finished assemblies into complete end devices.
• After a suitable training period, carry out electrical and functional checks on completed devices.
• Use joining methods such as screwing, bonding, and soldering as part of daily work.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or many years of practical experience in assembling modules or equipment, especially with soldering and bonding.
• Practical experience in reading and understanding technical drawings.
• Strong spatial awareness and the ability to visualize assemblies accurately.
• Good manual dexterity, precision, and a high level of care in workmanship.
• Good command of English.
