About the role
The Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS) is the Singapore Armed Forces’ newest and fourth service. Its mission is to generate accurate, timely, and relevant intelligence that helps decision-makers protect Singapore’s security.
What you will do
In this role, you will combine analytical thinking, communication, and leadership to support intelligence work. You will help run live operations, connect and organise information, spot patterns, and make sense of complex threats. The end goal is to turn intelligence into clear, practical insights that strengthen national defence.
The work is highly collaborative. You will coordinate with other SAF services and also engage partners from local and overseas industry. The team culture emphasises learning through training, practice, and mentoring so that everyone grows together and stays ready for both current and future challenges.
Who this role suits
The DIS brings together people from many backgrounds, including research, analysis, engineering, psychology, computer science, software, AI, and data. Strong problem-solving ability and fresh thinking are highly valued, and applicants are considered regardless of gender, physical fitness, or academic qualification. Your perspective, experience, and skills can help build stronger and more complete intelligence assessments.
Why join DIS
