Role overview
NTT DATA is hiring a Metrics and Reporting Analyst in Hyderabad to work on analytics and reporting for healthcare and payment-related operations. The role focuses on turning large, complex datasets into meaningful insights that support business decisions and client reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Examine large and complex datasets to uncover trends, recurring patterns, and business insights.
- Create and update SQL-based reports that monitor key performance indicators for healthcare clients.
- Work closely with teams across functions to build and roll out payment-processing solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Support data analysis, data mining, and reporting activities at an advanced level to help deliver reliable financial forecasts.
Experience and job requirements
- Applicants should have 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in a comparable role, preferably within the banking sector.
- A solid foundation in data analytics is required, along with strong SQL programming skills.
- Experience handling large datasets from multiple sources, including healthcare claims data and transactional payments data, is expected.
- Candidates must be able to define effective KPIs and convert findings into practical recommendations.

Compensation
The stated pay range is INR 10,00,000 to INR 18,00,000 per year.
