This role is based in the Al-Qassim Region.

Role Purpose

As a member of the sales team, the Merchandiser’s main responsibility is to increase product visibility and shelf presence across all assigned outlets. The role may also involve in-store sampling activities and promotions when needed. Display standards and planograms must be followed for both shelf and off-shelf placements, and any mismatch with agreed arrangements should be escalated to the pre-seller without delay. The merchandiser is also expected to share relevant market updates with the pre-seller to help identify sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned outlets each day according to the journey plan provided by the supervisor.
  • Arrange SSFL products in stores across all relevant display points, including shelves, stands, floors, and other access points.
  • Place point-of-sale material beside SSFL displays wherever required.
  • Ensure every display location follows the approved planogram.
  • Apply FIFO rotation, and identify and remove products that do not meet quality standards.
  • Keep shelf stock of SSF products clean, fresh, and well maintained at all times.
  • Track competitors’ actions and report them appropriately.
  • Flag any departure from the agreed terms with the assigned outlet or customer.
  • Submit a daily update to the supervisor covering the previous day’s activities.
  • Take part in sampling or redemption campaigns whenever required.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and behavior in line with the Frito Lay code of conduct.
