Role Overview
This opportunity is for a Member of Technical Staff focused on Enterprise AI. The position is full-time and remote, allowing you to work from anywhere. You will help design, develop, and roll out scalable AI systems built for enterprise use, while partnering with different teams to fit these solutions into existing technology stacks.
Responsibilities
- Create and improve AI models for enterprise use cases, with attention to speed, scale, and dependable performance.
- Build machine learning workflows that handle data intake, preparation, and model training.
- Work with software engineering teams to connect AI capabilities with production systems and APIs.
- Assess and choose suitable AI frameworks and tools based on product needs and technical constraints.
- Keep clear records of AI architecture, model details, and deployment steps.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in software development, especially in AI or machine learning related work.
- Strong Python skills, along with hands-on exposure to frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Experience using cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, plus MLOps tooling for deployment and monitoring.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to build complete AI solutions for complex enterprise needs.
