Role overview
Superpower is a health intelligence platform that combines advanced biomarker testing, AI-driven insights, and tailored protocols to help people improve their long-term health. As the company expands, this role supports members in getting full value from their subscription.
As a Member Growth Advisor, you will connect with current members and help match them with the most relevant Marketplace products based on their health goals. These are warm conversations with people who already trust the brand, so success depends on listening carefully, understanding needs, and recommending the right fit. The goal is for every member to feel genuinely supported after each interaction.
This position is fully remote and involves 20–40 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to existing members by phone and email in warm, non-cold outreach conversations.
- Guide members through the Superpower Marketplace and suggest products that align with their specific health objectives.
- Focus on revenue generated per member interaction, which is the primary performance metric for the role.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and share insights that can improve the process over time.
What we're looking for
- Prior success in a selling or revenue-related role, such as sales, account management, retention, or membership revenue.
- Ability to hold consultative, personalized conversations without relying on a rigid script.
- Strong interest in health and wellness, with a preference for candidates who would personally use these products.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote contractor setup.
- Experience with premium, trust-based products in health or wellness is beneficial but not mandatory.
