Job description

Role Overview

MS PHARMA is looking for a Medical Representative to work across Jeddah and Riyadh. The role focuses on strengthening relationships with physicians, specialist doctors, medical centers, and selected pharmacists while sharing up-to-date information about the company’s products and how they compare with competing offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the annual sales strategy and take practical steps to help the business meet its growth targets, including corrective measures when challenges arise.
  • Plan and complete regular field visits to doctors and specialists so they are kept informed about product updates and product advantages.
  • Help organize medical talks and seminars that raise awareness among doctors and specialists.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with physicians, specialists, and pharmacists to understand their expectations and ensure service and product quality align with company standards.
  • Collect and maintain market intelligence covering demand, supply, pricing, and competitor movements.
  • Carry out action plans, review outcomes periodically, and analyze the market and competition to guide improvements.
  • Keep customer records updated in the system and manage related documentation carefully.
  • Contribute to internal and external events, conferences, and educational sessions, including preparing scientific content, brochures, presentations, and other awareness materials.
  • Track pharmacy product withdrawal procedures and medical retrieval processes when needed, coordinating with the relevant internal teams.
  • Ensure all promotional materials and product packaging in the assigned area comply with regulatory and medical policy requirements.

Education and Experience

The preferred background is a B.Sc. in Pharmacy or a closely related discipline, along with 0–2 years of relevant experience.

Language and Knowledge Requirements

Strong written, spoken, and reading proficiency in both Arabic and English is required. The role also calls for working knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP, GDP, and commercial laws and regulations.
