Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site Medical Receptionist position at the Abu Dhabi clinic. The selected candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, creating a polished and welcoming front-desk experience while helping the clinic run smoothly.
Key Duties
In this role, you will handle incoming calls, respond to patient questions, arrange and reconfirm appointments, and help organize patient movement between consultation and treatment areas. You will also keep patient information accurate, check basic registration details, assist with general administrative work, and manage payment collection and receipts according to clinic procedures. Close coordination with medical and administrative teams is essential to support efficient day-to-day operations and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications
Applicants should have strong front-desk and reception abilities, including experience handling patient-facing duties in a professional setting. Good scheduling skills, confident and polite phone handling, and familiarity with medical or clinic workflows are important. Prior experience in a healthcare, cosmetic, or dental clinic reception or customer service role is preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, organization, attention to detail, and discretion are required. Comfort with clinic software, booking systems, and standard office applications is also needed. English fluency is required, and Arabic or other additional languages are an advantage. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while extra training or certification in medical administration is a plus.
