About the Employer

Key Duties

The role is scheduled for 37.5 hours per week and includes a range of front-office and clinical support tasks. The administrator will manage referrals, schedule patient appointments, prepare charts, file documents, answer phone calls, update electronic medical records, and coordinate physician clinics. The position also involves supporting telemedicine clinics, communicating with physicians and patients, and monitoring tracking metrics. Comfortable hands-on interaction with patients is essential.

Qualifications

Applicants should bring at least 2 years of professional administrative experience, ideally in a medical setting. A Medical Office diploma or a related credential is preferred. Strong organizational ability, excellent administrative skills, and a very high level of attention to detail are important. The job also requires quick adaptation in a changing environment, a confident yet professional and friendly manner, a strong customer-service mindset, and excellent written and verbal communication. Time management, the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, prioritize multiple tasks, listen well, and follow direction are all important for success in this role.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $18 to $20 per hour, depending on experience.
