Materials Handler

Role overview

Lancaster Archery Supply is hiring a Materials Handler for its Leola, PA facility. In this role, you will support inventory movement across multiple LAS locations by pulling, tagging, verifying, and putting away product transfers, especially items moving between the showroom, trailers, events, and main warehouse stock.

The starting pay for this position is $17 per hour.

What you will do

• Pick transfers for the showroom, trailers, and event operations.
• Check transferred items for the correct item count and quality before they leave.
• Apply labels to trailer and event merchandise whenever needed.
• Return items from trailers and events to their proper picking locations in the main warehouse.
• Move inactive stock from active pick locations to the inactive storage area and update preferred bin locations in NetSuite.
• Take phone calls from the showroom and fulfill item pull requests as required.
• Track down and relocate inactive merchandise coming back from the showroom.
• Perform annual smart counts in the inactive room.
• Replenish inventory from overstock areas in the inactive room.
• Install shelves on existing racks to create additional storage capacity in the inactive room.
• Support the organization and layout of the inactive room as needed.
• Report inventory variances or stock issues to the Materials Handling Coordinator.
• Help with order pulling when needed.
• Take on other warehouse duties assigned by supervisors or management.

Additional information

This is an onsite full-time warehouse role focused on inventory handling, transfer accuracy, and stock organization. The job also requires coordination with showroom and warehouse teams, plus occasional support for broader order-picking and warehouse activities.
