  • Assist with website content improvements for subsidiary sites, including copy, video, image libraries, and routine maintenance and updates.
  • Support email marketing, CRM, social media, apps, and other digital platforms, including upkeep of web-based support tools such as DAM systems.
  • Prepare distribution proposals for marine marketing materials for dealers and OEM customers, and monitor inventory levels to maintain customer support.
  • Produce monthly analytics and performance tracking reports for websites and other digital properties.
  • Act as a liaison with Yamaha vendors and customers to ensure correct use of Yamaha Marine subsidiary brand identity standards.
  • Help route projects through legal and engineering review for content development, marketing, and product planning approvals.
  • Track collateral project records, prepare project bids, and maintain project documentation.
  • Support additional marketing initiatives as needed and assist with events and meetings.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or Marketing is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing and/or advertising is needed.
  • Experience in boating or fishing is strongly preferred, and background in the marine industry is considered an advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with document and design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a plus.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
