Job description
The opportunity
Adobe is looking for a Customer Marketing Specialist to support India, one of the company’s fastest-growing and most dynamic markets. The role focuses on building culturally relevant marketing programs across products such as Photoshop, Acrobat, Firefly, and others.
In this position, you will help execute and scale innovative campaigns with speed, accuracy, and strong quality standards. You will work closely with local, regional, and global teams in a fast-moving, highly matrixed environment.
This role suits a marketer who is highly execution-oriented, comfortable handling complexity, and able to consistently deliver strong results.
What you will do
- Plan and execute marketing programs for India across important customer groups, including Creators, Creative Professionals, Business Professionals, and Students. You will handle the full campaign lifecycle, from timelines and briefs to content development, localisation, and approvals.
- Work directly with creative agencies to ensure all output stays aligned with the brand, reflects local culture, and is delivered on schedule.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns across media, social, PR, lifecycle marketing, SEO, and Adobe.com.
- Support the Director of India Customer Marketing in developing local campaigns informed by customer insights, while also adapting global creative to suit Indian culture, needs, and trends.
- Track campaign outcomes, improve performance where needed, and share results with key stakeholders.
- Function effectively within Adobe’s global, regional, and local marketing structure.
What you bring
- At least 4 years of practical experience in digital marketing for B2C audiences in India, especially in social-first initiatives and user-generated content.
- Strong background in managing creative or advertising agencies and ensuring quality delivery within deadlines.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
- A customer-first mindset and curiosity that help shape relevant messaging and content for Indian audiences.
- Confidence in working independently across complex projects and parallel workstreams.
- A proactive learning attitude and a data-led approach to marketing decisions.
- Basic familiarity with LLM/AI optimisation in a marketing context.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, both spoken and written; knowledge of another regional language is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools and Adobe Analytics.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree, such as in Communications, Marketing, or Business.
