Role Overview
This position is for a Marketing Manager based in Thrissur, Kerala. The role calls for someone who can strengthen brand presence, manage multi-channel campaigns, and drive marketing initiatives across southern states.
Key Responsibilities
- Build brand recall and improve market visibility across Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka using ATL-led initiatives.
- Plan and run BTL programs such as dealer meets, customer engagement drives, loyalty initiatives, promotions, exhibitions, product showcases, and live demonstrations.
- Create integrated campaigns that bring together ATL, BTL, and digital efforts to expand reach and improve business outcomes.
- Maintain a uniform brand voice and communication style across all customer touchpoints.
- Oversee digital marketing work across the website, social media, content marketing, influencer tie-ups, email outreach, and online advertising.
- Carry out market research, competitor tracking, customer feedback reviews, and consumer behavior analysis in coordination with the sales team.
- Handle relationships with ad agencies, creative teams, event firms, media vendors, digital partners, and other external marketing suppliers.
- Plan the annual marketing budget, track spending, review deviations, and keep costs under control.
- Guide, support, and develop the marketing team to maintain strong output and productivity.

The salary range for this role is INR 7,00,000 to INR 10,00,000 per year.
