Role Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping and executing marketing plans that bring in new business and deepen relationships with existing clients. This role combines strategic planning, team leadership, market insight, and performance analysis to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategies backed by data and manage budgets to ensure campaigns are effective and efficient.
- Define performance goals, track team results, and support staff learning and development.
- Produce compelling brand materials and improve the website experience for users.
- Organize and run digital marketing campaigns, media collaborations, and automation-led initiatives.
- Review analytics to strengthen conversions and improve engagement with stakeholders.
- Build and maintain productive relationships across internal teams and external partners to help the business grow.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 4 years of commercial work experience.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Genuine interest and enthusiasm for marketing.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- Ability to work with a high level of independence while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
