Role overview

As Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of performance marketing activities across multiple paid channels and help shape strategies that support business growth. The position is based in Frankfurt, Hesse, Germany, and requires an onsite presence.

What you will do

  • Set up, manage, and fine-tune paid campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and TV, including linear and streaming/CTV formats.
  • Build performance marketing plans that align with key business goals such as ROAS and conversion rate.
  • Review campaign data through tools like GA4, attribution systems, and internal dashboards to guide decisions and improvements.
  • Work closely with global performance and media teams on ad concepts, messaging, and budget distribution.
  • Run A/B experiments on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve results over time.
  • Keep up with platform updates, algorithm changes, and new developments in performance marketing.

What the company is looking for

  • At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing, with direct ownership of budgets across paid search, paid social, and TV formats such as linear or streaming/CTV.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of German or French is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical ability and working knowledge of marketing analytics tools such as GA4 and Looker or similar platforms.
  • A self-driven mindset and strong motivation to make an impact.
  • A numbers-focused approach with solid analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work independently in a structured and self-reliant way.
  • A hands-on attitude and comfort taking initiative without close supervision.
  • Good communication skills, confidence, and openness in interacting with others.
  • A strong interest in ongoing personal and professional growth.
  • Previous experience in the DACH market is preferred.
