Forma Pilates is a premium, modern Pilates label that is reshaping the category with a carefully designed studio experience, a rapidly expanding digital offering, and a polished brand identity that feels elevated, desirable, and culturally in step. The company is scaling quickly and is seeking a Marketing Manager who is energized by building alongside a growing brand.

This is a hands-on, non-traditional marketing position rather than a narrow corporate role. The right person will be resourceful, inventive, strategic, organized, and ambitious, with the flexibility to take on many responsibilities, solve problems independently, and do what is needed to support growth.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will handle day-to-day marketing across brand, digital, content, and customer-facing channels. The role is meant to support awareness, acquisition, and retention for both the in-studio business and the online business. The ideal candidate can think at a high level while also getting into the details of execution.

This opportunity suits someone who enjoys startup environments, works quickly, has strong creative judgment, and wants to play a meaningful role in shaping a standout brand.

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive and support marketing efforts spanning brand, digital, and growth-focused channels.
  • Plan and manage influencer outreach, gifting, and related partnership activity.
  • Monitor paid media agency execution and contribute to strategy across acquisition channels.
  • Oversee the email marketing agency and campaign schedule for retention, launches, and promotional activity.
  • Guide paid ad creative from briefing and review through approval and performance-based refinements.
  • Help develop, organize, and deliver photoshoots and other branded content productions.
  • Own content production end-to-end, including ideas, filming, editing, copywriting, and publishing across platforms.
  • Take full responsibility for social media, including strategy, content planning, publishing, platform management, and daily execution.
  • Prepare monthly reporting and marketing analysis, highlighting results, insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Support Shopify updates, including merchandising, product launches, promotions, and website changes.
  • Collaborate closely with founders, creative teams, operations, and external partners to launch campaigns.
  • Remain attuned to customers, the market, and cultural trends to uncover new growth opportunities.

Candidate Profile

The ideal hire has 4 to 7+ years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing. They should bring strong organization, attention to detail, and project management capability, along with comfort working with agencies, freelancers, and external collaborators.

They will need sharp creative instincts and a strong sense of brand taste, plus the ability to judge what content and campaigns are likely to perform well. They should also be comfortable with performance data and reporting, while still being able to build a brand with creativity and judgment.

This position calls for someone willing to execute directly rather than only delegate, who thrives in fast-moving startup settings where priorities shift often. A proactive attitude, a positive outlook, and a willingness to take on any task are essential.

Hands-on experience with Shopify, email marketing, paid media, influencer marketing, and content production is strongly preferred. Background in fitness, wellness, fashion, beauty, or luxury/lifestyle brands would be an added advantage.
