Role Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for shaping and delivering marketing initiatives that increase awareness of hospital services, strengthen the brand, and support patient growth. The role focuses on both community-facing and digital promotion while coordinating closely with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and roll out integrated marketing plans across online and offline channels to promote hospital services.
- Develop and maintain strong connections with referring doctors, clinics, and corporate clients.
- Support visibility for core specialties such as oncology and cardiology.
- Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media, website content, SEO, and paid campaigns.
- Plan and execute health camps, awareness drives, and other public events.
- Monitor patient inflow, assess campaign effectiveness, and prepare performance insights.
- Manage hospital branding, public relations, and communication activities.
- Coordinate with doctors, management, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with hospital goals.
- Work with advertising agencies and vendors to deliver promotional initiatives.
Requirements
- Any degree is acceptable for this role.
- Prior exposure to hospital or healthcare marketing will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to think strategically and plan campaigns effectively.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Comfort with tracking data, preparing reports, and reviewing performance metrics.
Objective of the Role
The main goal is to improve patient volumes, raise brand awareness, and contribute to revenue growth for the hospital.
