About Wolt

Wolt is a technology company focused on making everyday life easier and more rewarding for local communities. Launched in 2014 with restaurant food delivery, the company has expanded into a broader delivery platform that now operates in more than 500 cities across 30 countries. In 2022, Wolt joined forces with DoorDash, and the business continues to grow internationally.

Life at Wolt is fast-paced and ambitious. The environment is designed for people who like ownership, enjoy learning quickly, and are comfortable working in a highly dynamic setting.

Role overview

This internship is based in Berlin, Germany and runs for 12 weeks from September to December 2026. The role is scheduled for 20 hours per week with flexible timing. It is intended for a final-year student who can work on-site with the team in Berlin and who is eligible to work part-time under German employment rules.

The Restaurant Partnerships Marketing team partners with well-known restaurant brands across Germany, from local businesses to national chains, to build marketing activations that support growth for both Wolt and its partners. In this role, you will contribute to strategic partnership marketing work centered on customer growth, local relevance, and campaign execution.

What you will do

  • Support strategic marketing initiatives for restaurant partners, including growth-focused and local activation projects.
  • Spot opportunities to improve how Wolt works with partners across marketing channels, customer touchpoints, and local initiatives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to build scalable approaches that create value for both Wolt and its restaurant partners.
  • Analyze promising restaurant partners and assess their potential for marketing collaboration.
  • Research relevant marketing channels and possible activation ideas.
  • Assist with co-marketing activities and social media campaigns.
  • Help create toolkits, frameworks, and repeatable best practices.
  • Explore local marketing opportunities across different cities and regions.
  • Contribute to defining success measures and tracking methods.
  • Coordinate with commercial, account management, ads, and regional marketing stakeholders.

  • You will collaborate with some of Germany’s most recognized restaurant brands.
  • You will gain practical experience in brand marketing, partnerships, growth, and local activation.
  • You will help shape marketing processes and initiatives that can influence the wider business.
  • You will be part of an entrepreneurial team that gives interns meaningful responsibility from the start.

Requirements

  • You are currently in the final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related subject.
  • You have a strong interest in marketing, partnerships, social media, and/or consumer brands.
  • You bring a structured and analytical approach and are comfortable using data to support decisions.
  • You are curious, proactive, and willing to work through ambiguity.
  • You communicate well and can manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • You can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken; German is considered a strong advantage when working with local partners.
  • You are able to work on-site in Berlin as part of the team.
  • You are eligible to work 20 hours per week under German employment regulations.

  • Regular one-to-one support from your manager, plus check-ins at weeks 1, 6, and 12.
  • Flexible and hybrid-friendly working culture, along with a dog-friendly office.
