Role Summary
This position supports the hotel’s wider marketing communications function, with the main emphasis on content planning and creation, live event coverage, and timely brand storytelling across channels while maintaining consistent brand standards.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist the hotel’s MARCOM team, focusing on content strategy, content production, live coverage, and real-time storytelling while safeguarding brand consistency.
- Capture and share live updates for hotel activity, special events, nightlife promotions, and weekend programming whenever needed.
- Manage photo and video shoots, social media content, campaign execution, and day-to-day marketing coordination.
- Coordinate closely with PR partners, external agencies, and internal teams to strengthen visibility and guest engagement.
- Work in a luxury and lifestyle setting that requires an understanding of guest segments and trend-aware content development.
- Balance creative output with organization and attention to detail while handling several deadlines at once.
- Contribute as a collaborative, proactive team member in a fast-paced environment.
- Support administrative work and use Microsoft 360, Canva, and WordPress; familiarity with WordPress is an advantage.
