Responsibilities

• Work independently from a remote setup with strong self-discipline.
• Generate leads by creating and posting simple online advertisements across multiple platforms.
• Stay motivated and maintain a self-driven approach to work.
• Conduct brief phone or Zoom interviews using the provided script.
• Guide and encourage team members and wider community associates.
• Participate in weekly training sessions held on Zoom.
