Role overview

This Marketing Executive role is based in Dubai and will focus on strengthening ALEC's brand, communications, and marketing activity. The position is suited to a creative, proactive professional with experience in either social media or website CMS management, and a strong interest in branding and digital marketing.

You will support marketing initiatives across multiple business units, helping deliver campaigns, content, and communications that reflect the company's standards and support its growth.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure ALEC's brand guidelines are applied consistently across business units, project materials, and marketing assets.
  • Assist in creating brand identities for new business units, including logos, visual systems, and supporting assets.
  • Draft and refine editorial pieces, media releases, and corporate communication materials that build the company's profile.
  • Manage the creation of print and digital collateral such as brochures, flyers, presentations, posters, and award entries.
  • Help plan and run digital marketing campaigns, social media activity, and content production, while tracking campaign results.
  • Keep company websites updated with accurate, relevant, and brand-aligned content.
  • Work with internal teams on employee communications, newsletters, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Organise photography, videography, and other marketing content across projects and business units.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of internal and external corporate events.
  • Use marketing best practices and creative problem-solving to deliver strong communications and campaigns.
  • Take on additional marketing tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a similar field.
  • Between 2 and 4 years of experience in marketing, branding, or corporate communications.
  • Background in a corporate or B2B environment is strongly preferred.
  • Practical experience in digital marketing, content development, and corporate branding work.
  • Solid knowledge of branding and marketing fundamentals, along with corporate communications.
  • Excellent written English, with strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading ability.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Experience supporting social media campaigns or website CMS management.
  • Strong planning and coordination skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a busy environment while maintaining high standards.
  • Creative, proactive, and focused on solving problems and improving processes.
  • Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
  • Experience in construction, engineering, or real estate would be beneficial.
  • Exposure to content management systems and marketing automation tools would be an added advantage.
