Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a resourceful and flexible Marketing Executive to help drive marketing efforts across regional and global initiatives in the furniture manufacturing, retail, and commercial segments. The position suits someone who enjoys a mix of creative contribution and hands-on coordination, supporting campaign delivery, product marketing, and collaboration with teams across different markets.

In this role, you will contribute to the execution of online and offline campaigns, help keep brand messaging aligned, and support marketing activities that strengthen business growth across both B2B and B2C channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver marketing activity across regional and local channels, including digital and offline platforms.
• Support product marketing work such as adapting campaigns and coordinating launches.
• Facilitate marketing operations across regional and cross-region teams.
• Partner with designers, sales teams, and outside vendors to ensure campaigns and projects run smoothly.
• Assist with marketing efforts for both retail and commercial audiences across B2C and B2B segments.
• Help organize events, exhibitions, product launches, and activation activities.
• Handle coordination and administrative tasks such as maintaining brand guidelines, playbooks, and campaign materials.
• Support creative production work involving content, visuals, video, and spatial or retail design projects.
• Maintain consistency of brand communication across all materials and customer touchpoints.
• Adapt global marketing assets and campaigns to fit market-specific needs.
• Be prepared to travel when project requirements or regional priorities call for it.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a marketing position.
• Practical experience in campaign execution and marketing coordination.
• Exposure to product marketing and the localization of campaigns.
• Background in supporting both online and offline marketing work.
• Event coordination experience is beneficial.
• Experience working with regional or multi-market teams is an added advantage.
• Exposure to video production, creative coordination, or spatial/retail design is preferred.
• Strong planning and project coordination abilities.
• Capability to manage several tasks and deadlines at the same time.
• Comfort using AI tools to support graphical and video content creation is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, written and spoken.
• Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail.
• Confident and clear communicator.
• Positive, proactive, and ready to take initiative.
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast-moving environment.
• Able to work independently while contributing well in a team setting.
• Creative thinking combined with strong coordination skills.
