Role Overview
The Local Store Marketing Executive will be responsible for growing dine-in and takeaway business across Saudi Arabia by leading practical, on-the-ground marketing activity. The position is centered on local store promotion, building strategic partnerships, and keeping branding consistent at the outlet level.
This is an individual contributor position that partners closely with Area Managers and the Operations team to roll out store-level marketing plans. Budget ownership for local store marketing initiatives is also part of the role.
The preferred candidate should come from an operational background with marketing exposure and should understand how store-level business works.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan and run localized marketing campaigns suited to the needs of each store.
- Create practical initiatives that help increase dine-in and takeaway sales.
- Handle the local store marketing budget in a way that delivers strong return on investment.
- Find and develop partnerships with nearby businesses, influencers, and community groups to improve brand reach.
- Negotiate partnership terms and manage ongoing relationships to maximize business value.
- Make sure all marketing activity follows brand standards and supports a consistent customer experience across locations.
- Oversee the rollout of in-store marketing materials so they are executed on time and within budget.
- Spend a significant amount of time in the field to identify store-level challenges and opportunities.
- Work closely with Area Managers and Operations teams to implement marketing plans effectively.
- Support marketing efforts for new store openings to build awareness and help early performance.
Performance Measures
Success in this role is measured through, but not limited to, growth in dine-in and takeaway sales, timely and cost-effective deployment of in-store marketing materials, number of partnerships established, store visit frequency and coverage, and the performance of new store openings.
Experience and Qualifications
The role calls for 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing or operations within the food and beverage or retail sector. Experience in local store marketing and partnership development is important, along with a solid understanding of outlet operations and customer behavior.
