Compensation
The annual base salary for this role is $70,500 to $79,800. The position is also eligible for bonus compensation.
Role overview
The Marketing Coordinator will support trade marketing and event-based brand execution across local markets, working closely with promoters, concessionaires, sponsorship partners, and internal sales teams. This position also serves as a key contact for sponsorships, donations, brand programming, and special event support.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with local promoters, concessionaires, and sponsorship partners.
- Review and handle requests related to sponsorships and donations at the local level.
- Manage trade marketing execution for events and venues.
- Prepare event recaps, including return-on-investment details.
- Identify, plan, and deliver CSR and Better World initiatives.
- Act as the primary contact for beer donation requests.
- Support product sales and delivery at events and venues when needed.
- Coordinate staffing requirements for events and venues.
- Oversee allocation and upkeep of special event equipment.
- Help with special projects assigned by the Trade Marketing Manager and the Sales and Marketing Director.
- Deliver clear presentations to sales teams to communicate brand programs effectively.
- Lead territory execution to support product engagement.
- Manage incoming internal and external requests for sponsorships, donations, and event support.
- Serve as the key contact for on-premise and off-premise brand marketing and program education.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Prior sales experience is required.
- Strong ability in negotiation, presentations, event coordination, basic software use, customer follow-up, and time management.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is mandatory.
