Role overview
Mungo Homes is hiring a Marketing Coordinator for its Central Region team. The role supports marketing activity across the Greenville, SC and Charlotte, NC markets, with the flexibility to be based in either office. It calls for regular collaboration with regional teams and may include travel within the region to help deliver marketing projects and local initiatives effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Work with signage suppliers to make sure community, model, event, and directional signage is produced and installed on time.
- Handle requests from sales leaders for off-site signs, model signage, and directional materials.
- Keep market home listings current on the company website and help with other website changes.
- Arrange professional photography for communities, market homes, amenities, local surroundings, and nearby points of interest.
- Support community events and activities led by New Home Advisors, including planning and on-site help.
- Review community visibility, signage, sales centers, and website content to spot branding, accuracy, and improvement opportunities.
- Act as the connection between sales management and shared services when planning and requesting market-level and community-level email campaigns.
- Manage inventory and ordering of branded promotional items.
- Develop and update promotional flyers, community information sheets, and marketing collateral for New Home Advisors.
- Introduce Basecamp and walk New Home Advisors through the Marketing Guidebook.
- Participate in monthly sales and marketing meetings, quarterly business planning, new community launches, and other market meetings as needed.
- Prepare and submit Parade of Home entries.
- Support the Regional Marketing Manager with core marketing tasks and meeting preparation.
- Help gather social media content and support video production when needed.
- Travel regularly to the relevant markets.
- Escalate projects to shared services and serve as the liaison between local market teams and the shared services marketing group.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education and experience
A bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is preferred. Alternatively, candidates with one to two years of related administrative experience or training, or an equivalent mix of education and experience, may be considered. Experience in the building industry is an added advantage.
Computer and software skills
- Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook

- Willingness and ability to learn KOVA software, HubSpot, and Basecamp
